Overview
The safari visits three beautiful parks in Kenya. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, 5895m Kilimanjaro, is one of the most popular of Kenya’s national parks.Tsavo West National park the mountainous park, with swamps, Lake Jipe and the Mzima Springs. It is also known for bird life and for its large mammal’s e.g. black rhino, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, hippo and Masai lion. There are also other smaller animals that can be spotted in the park, such as the bush baby, hartebeest, lesser kudu and Maasai giraffe.Tsavo East National Park, famous for the ‘Man-eaters’. In 1898, as many as 135 railway workers were attacked and killed by man-eating lions
DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
On Arrival at JKIA international airport or pick up at a central point, you will be met by our representative and briefed on your safari.
Depart Nairobi and drive south to Amboseli National Park. Game viewing en route to your lodge with the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Enjoy an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp
DAY2 :AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK-TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast depart for Tsavo West National Park which lays roughly half way between Nairobi and the Coast. Mzima Springs, the chief marvel here is a favorite haunt of hippos and crocodiles. Arrival at your Lodge/camp in time for lunch. Enjoy an early evening game drive to see large herds of elephants, buffalo, common waterbuck, eland, rhino and wide variety of antelope. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3:TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK-NAIROBI
This is the last day of the safari.Have breakfast at the lodge/camp and check out.Embark on your journey back to Nairobi where you will board your departure flight or transfer to a city hotel where the safari ends.
